IMG_1376ConnectiCon was great it was a really nice atmosphere and I met a lot of nice people but I can’t say the same for when we left for dinner during Saturday evening out side of the Con there was another big event going on and there was a lot of people crowded around one area and sometimes these people can be drunk, Well while were out we stopped for some hotdogs at a hotdog cart as for it was the most convenient place to get some dinner about 2 minuets after we finished and were ready to go two people on a stair case to a bridge bumped into each other and immediately started to fight on the stair case to where people were screaming and my dad had to yell “fight” like 3 times before the police noticed when they noticed they didn’t run over and started to take care of things they walked over slowly like they know what there doing but they don’t feel like doing it we were shocked by this and we didn’t leave the convention center for the rest of ConnectiCon,the reason I’m sharing this is because other people may not know but Hartford isn’t perfect and the police force could use some work as this was ridiculous on how fast they responded to something that was blatantly right there and they had to have people point it out for them.

basically the message I’m trying to give to you is be careful and be sure to have a device you can contact people with so you can check in with friends at the con or family who are at home and want to make sure your okay.

Gareth of Garethsmod.com telling you to stay safe and comment what your think about the police force of Hartford and give me your opinion on them because that could have been just though’s cops but I only saw though’s cops react to a crime and they did it very slow.

Yes, I was there, I yelled at the cops three times before they started to stroll over. There was about 10 cop cars there and by the time they were halfway there it was more than 2 people and there was little kids mingled in because there was a kids fair near by. I shuffled my small group away back to the Con area.
